I would like to share my experience with Thea Marcacci who is one of Keller Williams’ finest agents. She has assisted me with my real estate needs for several years now. It is refreshing to have someone who takes the time to get to know and understand your needs. My family went through a difficult time when my Mom passed in late 2021. Thea was more than a Realtor; she was family for us. She guided us through the process of selling my Mother’s home without any additional emotional stress for us. Thea helped us sort through the offers not simply by price, but by reliability and trustworthiness. Thea organized the necessary people and paperwork to close on the home sale; I just had to show up to sign papers. Also, she arranged for an estate sale agent to help us through the daunting task of selling our family possessions. Overall, Thea demonstrated great compassion and competency in her profession as a Realtor. (I still contact her for advice in 2025!)
